Roses from Paris

I was lucky enough to go to Paris last week for a few days. Needless to say I saw a LOT of beautiful, memorable sites...most of them at the flea markets....where mostly I looked instead of buying. I was inspired there by so many unique items, and ingenious displays. One of the most stunning was this display of roses in a shop attached to Hotel Costes, which is a trendy, busy, luxurious hot spot in the heart of Paris (especially in the midst of fashion week....which it was). This shop is brimming with nothing but roses.... the same roses that supply big bouquets in every room of the hotel. This was just the pink section of the shop....there was an entire display of yellow to orange roses too. I took the photo through the window......but the image immediately conjurs in, my imagination, the fragrance that must have filled the room! Bon Jour!!
